Morning Eternal Psychotherapy

Morning Eternal

A phrase that holds deep personal meaning. "Morning eternal" refers to immersion in the time of the early hours of the morning; the time considered most optimal for meditative and reflective practices. The time of creation and connection to Self.

About

Your journey, should you venture forth on this path, will inevitably lead you to foreign terrain. This is where I come in- as a guide on your expedition to explore and map the landscape of your lived experience. With warm intention, respectful curiosity, and depth of presence, I am ready to accompany you on your journey to chart that new territory. I concern myself more with the "being" than with the "doing" of therapy. I once read the sage perspective that "people need experiences, not interpretations", and that has profoundly influenced how I practice my particular art of psychotherapy. I hold that if we are tending to what surfaces that authentic growth and healing will organically result. When not in the sacred space of the therapy room, I spend my time reading (fantasy, poetry), writing, lifting weights, hiking, and spending time in nature.
